
Who is Ishu?
I started my professional career in the financial sector by working in banks and micro-finance agencies.
After a short while, I joined an e-commerce trading company in the US and moved to The Netherlands to start their operations in Europe. After working in the business for nearly 9 years, selling everything from fancy watches to ergonomic furniture, I jumped onto my passion wagon of food and started Ishu Eats.
Having worked along side famous chefs in celebrated kitchens in Amsterdam & Utrecht, I found my passion rejuvinated with all the skills taught by my mother & sister!
From a vegan pop-up restaurnat in Amsterdam; Secrets of India to running a restaurant from a shipping container in Den Bosch, each of our initiatives has led to more learnings for our upcoming ventures!
